"Super helpful when I really needed it"
I was feeling mentally drained when I went in, but the lady at the desk was so nice and patient. She helped me figure out what size unit I actually needed and made the whole process way easier than I expected.

"Easy to get to when I need it"
Not gonna lie, using Life Storage has been simple so far. I’ve had my unit for a few months, and the biggest thing I appreciate is how easy it is to get in and out. The gate hours fit my schedule well, so stopping by never feels like a big chore.
The location is convenient, and getting to my unit is straightforward, even when I’m bringing in larger items. I haven’t run into any real issues, just an easy and smooth storage experience overall.

"Billing was mostly fine overall"
I used lifestorage for a few months, and the billing was easy to follow. There was one extra fee I missed at first, but customer service explained it clearly, so it wasn’t a huge deal. I mean, not perfect, oh, and the unit itself was fine too—but overall the billing experience was okay

"Good unit and easy to grab one fast"
I needed a unit quickly and was able to get one the same day without any hassle. The space was clean enough and worked fine for what I needed. The door stuck a little, but nothing major. Overall, it was a solid experience.

"Good deal at first, but the rent increase wasn’t clear"
The move-in price was really good, and the unit was clean when I got there, so I was happy with that part. But after a few months my rent went up, that was annoying because it wasn’t communicated very clearly upfront. It’s still cheaper than some other places nearby, so I’d give it 4 stars, but I wish they were more straightforward about price changes.

The place felt secure, honestly. They’ve got cameras around, and the gate code worked no problem, so I wasn’t stressed about my stuff at all. Only thing is, the lighting could be a little better at night, but overall it was solid.

"Pretty clean little storage spot"
Needed a place to keep some stuff for a bit. Nothing fancy, just wanted it clean. The unit was in good shape when I got there, floors looked swept, no weird mess or anything. Most times I stopped by, it still seemed well kept. Simple, but that’s all I was really looking for...

"I had a bunch of stuff loaded up..."
I had a bunch of stuff loaded up and was expecting the usual moving-day hassle, especially since I was trying to get in and out without making the whole thing an afternoon project. The property looked clean when I got there, the gate code worked right away, and I didn’t have to wander around trying to figure things out. The guy at the front desk went over everything quickly but still made it easy to understand, then showed me where my unit was. All in, I think it took about 20 minutes. No complaints so far.
